- Delta Premier comprehensive covers preventive care 100%, Basic Restorative 80% and major Restorative 50% (after yearly deductible, max benefit of $1,200/yr.)
- Delta Care covers most preventative & diagnostic services 100%; other procedures may require co-payments to your dentist. There are no deductibles or annual maximums. Delta Care also covers orthodontic care.
